If something in these articles resonated — a pattern you recognised, a dynamic you've been stuck in, a decision you keep circling — the next step is straightforward.

I work one-on-one with people who want to understand the psychological architecture behind their decisions, relationships, and recurring patterns. Not advice. Not cheerleading. A structured process for seeing what's actually driving your behaviour, and changing the parts that aren't serving you.

I'm a clinical psychologist with fifteen years of experience and five degrees across psychology and business. I work with professionals, leaders, and thoughtful people who are capable but stuck — people whose intelligence hasn't been enough to solve certain patterns on its own.

How It Works

Step 1

Initial Conversation

A short call to understand what you're dealing with, whether my approach is the right fit, and what working together would look like. No commitment, no pressure. If I'm not the right person for what you need, I'll tell you directly.

Step 2

The Blueprint

A comprehensive psychological assessment that maps how you actually think, decide, and respond under pressure. This isn't a personality quiz. It's a structured analysis of your mental architecture — the assumptions, patterns, and blind spots that shape your outcomes.

You'll receive a detailed written report and a session to walk through the findings together.

Step 3

Focused Coaching

Five 60-minute sessions to work through the patterns identified in your Blueprint. We move systematically: identify the mechanism, test the assumption, build the alternative, and track whether it holds under real conditions.

This isn't open-ended conversation. Each session has a target. Each target connects to the overall architecture.

Step 4

Ongoing Support

After the initial package, sessions are available as needed. Some people book monthly for accountability and refinement. Others return when a specific situation requires it. The structure is yours to set.

Who This Is For

What This Isn't

This isn't therapy for acute mental health crises. If you're in crisis, please contact Lifeline (13 11 14) or your local emergency services.

This is structured psychological work for people who are functioning well but want to function better — who want to understand the machinery behind their decisions and change the parts that keep producing results they don't want.

The first step is a conversation. No forms, no intake process. Just a direct conversation about what you're dealing with and whether this approach fits.
